It has been a successful last 12 months for Celtic Community Partner and Rangers Business Club Partner G4 Claims winning yet another award; this time, they have been recognised as the ‘Accident Claims Management Company of the Year’ at SME’s UK Legal Awards.
To celebrate International Women’s Day 2023, we have spoken to G4 Claims Director Nicole Rudder who has just been nominated for the prestigious women in business award.
Nicole has received a well-earned nomination for Business Women Connections’ Power of Inspiration Awards, which recognises and showcases business role models, advocates, mentors and inspirational women who lead companies.
A delighted Nicole said: “I’m absolutely over the moon to be nominated for this award, it has really made my day”.
I have a fantastic team at G4 Claims, and we all work incredibly hard every day to make the business a success”.
On the back of her success, Nicole spoke to us about how she is making a massive impact in the industry, and how we can encourage more women to pursue entrepreneurship or senior leadership roles in their career.
“I earn the respect by knowing my job inside and out! My job is male dominated but I know every inch of it and that’s what is important! My customers normally come to me for advice”.
“I use myself as an example for any ladies out there thinking they can’t, I remind them THEY CAN. We are all capable of greatness, we just need a little encouragement and guidance and I am happy to speak with and help motivate any woman in business”.
Nicole believes it is important that International Women’s Day is celebrated each year and gives any advice to any young women out their thinking about their next career step.
“We work hard and deserve equal respect in the world of business. In the words of Beyonce “Who run the world GIRLSSSS!!”
“If you love what you do, then you will never work a day in your life so choose a career you love, work hard at it, be passionate and money will ultimately always flow!”
