Eleven, renowned for its expertise in community-focused sports partnerships, has announced a multi-year collaboration with the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers. The UK-based full-service partnership experts will bring its comprehensive business model to Cleveland, aiming to accelerate small business growth in the region.
The new Small Business Partner Program will offer local businesses tailored and innovative marketing opportunities in collaboration with the Cavaliers. Supported by Eleven, the program includes extensive marketing and activation services designed to support the needs of each business.
Small and midsize businesses from across the region will gain access to impactful gameday branding at Rocket Arena, enhanced digital exposure during non-gamedays and exclusive experiential opportunities throughout the calendar year.
Eleven and the Cavaliers are also teaming up to support minority-owned businesses throughout the region. This initiative will enable a Cleveland-based, minority-owned small business to be awarded with a founding membership to the Cavaliers’ Small Business Partner Program, benefitting from all the associated rights and value at no cost to the company.
“While the Cleveland Cavaliers are a global brand, we remain connected and committed to our local roots in Northeast Ohio and the small and mid-sized businesses that support us and drive our incredible city forward,” said Allison Howard, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Cleveland Cavaliers and Rock Entertainment Group. “We are proud to partner with Eleven to elevate their work and stories on our platform. This effort to support local small business and entrepreneurs access the audience and resources they need to thrive and expand is an extension of our commitment to our community.”
Matt Cairns CEO of Eleven stated, “We’re thrilled to form our partnership with the Cavaliers and continue our expansion into the NBA market. Eleven is dedicated to supporting small businesses, and we’re excited to offer new opportunities to businesses in the Greater Cleveland area.
The Cavaliers’ investment in supporting the development and well-being of the local business community in Northeast Ohio strongly resonates with our Small Business Partnership model. This program not only reinforces the team’s deep roots in the region but also offers small- and medium-sized, local businesses the unique chance to be part of the Cavs’ journey and tap into the strength of a global sports brand.”
